Jiangsu Hengtong Smart Grids Has Got Its Net-Zero Target Certified by SBTi

 Jiangsu Hengtong Smart Grids Co., Ltd., a key part of the Hengtong Group, has got its Net-Zero target certified by SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative), which means Jiangsu Hengtong Smart Grids will: 

Near-Term Targets (by 2035): 

Reduce absolute Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions by 63.0% from a 2024 base year. 

Reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 37.5% within the same timeframe. 

Long-Term Targets (by 2045): 

Reduce absolute Scope 1, 2 & 3 GHG emissions by 90.0% from a 2024 base year. 

 This milestone is part of Hengtong Group's sustainability drive. To date, 5 companies within our group have committed to SBTi, among which 3 have their Net-Zero targets set. This collective effort reflects our unwavering dedication to integrating environmental responsibility into the core of our business operations.
