Gao Tongqing, deputy general manager of China Telecom gave a speech named "Full intelligence Leading the Future Network Development" at the 2017 Global Future Network Development Summit on April 17.
Mr. Gao revealed that by 2020, half networking among huge customers of China Telecom will be based on SDNand independent R&D controller will be put into use; the company will achieve NFV among over 80 percent of the customers by 2025.
The era of intelligence coming, China Telecom will promote intelligent reconstruction in network, service, operation and management. Its network reconstruction is estimated to be completed before 2025.
