The final winning manufacturers are manufacturers: Changfei Optical Fiber, Zhongtian Technology, Hengtong Photoelectric, and Fiber Communication. The bidding quotations excluding tax are 56676643.22 yuan, 253717020.77 yuan, 25855974.63 yuan, and 258290990.82 yuan, and the winning shares are in turn 40% 23%, 20%, and 17%.
