Four companies shortlisted! The list of candidates for the 2025 outdoor optical cable collection project of Inner Mongolia Telecom has been announced

 On September 14th, the China Telecom Inner Mongolia Branch announced the pre-qualification candidates for the 2025 outdoor optical centralized procurement project, with four companies – FiberHome, Hengtong Optoelectronics, Zhongtian Technology, and Tongdian Interconnect – making thelist. The announcement revealed that the bid evaluation for this project began on September 12th, 2025, with a bid evaluation committee consisting of members. A total of 17 bidders participated in the bidding process, and the bid evaluation committee conducted a review of all submitted bidding documents in accordance with the comprehensive evaluation specified in the tender documents.

The specific situation of the winning candidates is as follows: 1. First winning candidate: (1) Company name: Changfeiiber Optic Cable Co., Ltd. (2) Bid price: Discount bid price of 72.33% 2. Second winning candidate (1) Company name: Jiangsu Hengtong Optical Co., Ltd. (2) Bid price: Discount bid price of 2.3% 3. Third winning candidate: (1) Company name: Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology Co., Ltd. () Bid price: Discount bid price of 72.35% 4. Fourth winning candidate: (1) Company name: Tongdian Interconnect Co., Ltd. (2) Bid price: Discount bid price of 69.22% In addition, Jiangsu Junzhi Co., Ltd. was disqualified due to not meeting the requirements of the bidding documents regarding the bid security.

The public announcement of the candidates for winning the bid for this time is from September 15, 2025 to September 1, 2025. During the announcement period, if bidders or other interested parties have objections to the candidates for winning the bid, they may submit them to theder. According to the previously issued tender announcement, the procurement content of this project is the outdoor optical cable products required for various projects of China Telecom Group Corporation Inner Mong Branch and China Telecom Corporation Limited Inner Mongolia Branch and its subordinate subsidiaries and branches (excluding the outdoor optical cable required for the construction of the first-level trunk cable line engineering), including outdoor optical cables of GYTA, GYTS, GYTA53, ADSS-AT-10KN, GYX, GYDTA, GYTZA, GYFJH types, and the estimated procurement amount is RMB 28.805193 excluding tax. The number of winning bidders for this project is 3, and the winning share of the first, second, and third winning bidders is 50, 30%, and 20% respectively.
