Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission released the Evaluation Results of National Enterprise Technology Centers Between 2017 to 2018 (on their work performance in 2016). The FiberHome Communication Technology Center was rated as excellent with a comprehensive score of 93.7, it ranked 10th among the 1345 national enterprise technology centers in various industries and ranked second among the national enterprise technology centers in the communications industry.
In order to promote the construction of enterprise technology centers and establish the dominant statues of enterprises' technological innovation and technological investment, for those key-industry enterprise technology centers with strong technological innovation capabilities, significant innovation performance and important exemplary effect, China government has officially approved them as well as given them corresponding preferential policies, so as to encourage and guide these enterprises to continuously improve their independent innovation capabilities. The approved national enterprise technology centers will be evaluated every two years. The evaluation grades are divided into four degrees: Excellent, Good, Qualified, and Unqualified. The abovementioned evaluation adopted the new "National Enterprise Technology Center Certification Management Measures" (Decree No. 34 of 2016) that came into effect after the scientific and technical system reform during the National Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period. The Measures set up higher requirements for enterprises' comprehensive innovation capability, R&D investment and innovation results. The ranking and rating degree will affect corporate brand or reputation deeply. Only 54 national enterprise technology centers were rated as Excellent in the evaluation results.

FiberHome continuously improves its ability to innovate independently, implements innovation-driven development strategy and it has achieved remarkable results by accelerating the construction of enterprise technology innovation system that focuses on enterprise technology center. As a result, it has laid a solid foundation for the Company ever-growing innovation capacities and competitiveness, and also made its due contribution to the nation's goal of "becoming an innovative country and a technological power".
