Hengtong Optic-electric Showed the Leading Technology of High Voltage Undersea Cable in MEE

 From March 1 to 3, members of Hengtong Optic-electric, global electric energy and information and communication systems integrator, dressed up for MIDDLE EAST ELECTRICITY (MEE) and showed the latest technology of ultra-high voltage undersea cable. At the same time, various new electric products like special conductors, OPGW, aluminum alloy conductors, photovoltaic cable and wind energy in the field of renewable energy was also brought to the audiences.

Undersea cable has good properties, such as wear resistance, water-pressure resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance, large dimension and so on. Thus, it needs high technology and is more difficult to be manufactured. Hengtong Optic-electric  acquires plentiful and substantial fruits of this field in recent years. This exhibition displayed integrated solutions to ocean engineering system, including tabletop research, network and route planning, license acquisition, undersea cable production, related equipment manufacturing, undersea cable laying, and running attention, which highlighted leadership of Hengtong Optic-electric in the undersea cable field. The undersea photoelectric composite cable, which is known as the pearl of cable, is applied to power supplies of islands, telecommunications and offshore wind power and other new energy field. It can meet the 5,000 to 8,000 meters of ultra high water pressure, corrosion resistance and large dimension, so it obtains UJ and UQJ certification. Hengtong said ocean programs and products had been widely chosen and severely tested in many international major projects. The result were supported by comprehensive strength, such as international talents, fist-class production equipments, the highest VCV tower of China and the 10 thousand-ton berth wharfs.

 

Hengtong also exhibited high pressure and ultra-high pressure cable that transport and distribution for power grid construction needs and representative products of whole serious of LV, MV, and EHV. New products such as great section aluminum cable steel reinforced, high-strength aluminum-alloy conductor, carbon fiber wire,OPGW was also on display, including corresponding international certifications.

 

It was worth mentioning that Hengtong shared the cases in the field of global electricity energy in recent years, such as the Brazilian Amazon River span cable engineering, European high-pressure submarine cable engineering, and OPGW projects in India.

 

Hengtong attracted the interest of participants by its high-end brand image, leading professional strength and rich product lines. More than 40 company from more than 10 countries and regions like United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, India, Iran, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Pakistan .etc visited booth, learned products, then focused on products, the Middle East market cooperation and international certification, leading to intensive negotiations.
