Association Standards Drafted by Hengtong was released officially

According to the notice No. 180 of China Standardization Association on July 6, the association standard "High Voltage Cable for New Energy Vehicles" drafted by Hengtong was finally released as standard No. T/CAS 356-2019.

The association standard was established in June 2018. With the development of new energy vehicles industry, the requirements for high voltage cables for new energy electric vehicles are becoming higher and higher. However, the current standards, such as QC/T 1037, ISO 6722, LV 216, can not fully take into account the particularity of Usage Environment of high voltage cables for new energy electric vehicles, so they are urgent need to establish standards and specifications for high voltage cables for new energy electric vehicles under the new situation. Based on hundreds of sets of experimental data and research of several existing standards at home and abroad, Hengtong drafted the standards from June to December 2018. On January 23, 2019, Hengtong held an association standard Launch meeting in Haimen, Jiangsu Province, China, where several major vehicle, wire harness, material and cable enterprises considered the standards from different perspectives. A lot of valuable suggestions have been put forward.

After continuous delibration and modification, the association standard "High Voltage Cable for New Energy Vehicles" was finally released. Through editing the association standard, it not only shows the technical advantages of Hengtong in the field of automotive cable manufacturing, but also improves the position of Hengtong in the field of high voltage cable for new energy electric vehicles.
