YOFC Won Two International Quality Awards

After winning Wuhan City Mayor Quality Award, Changjiang Quality Award of Hubei Province, award nomination of China Quality Award and many other domestic quality honors, Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as “YOFC”) (stock code:6869.HK) made another success. In May 2016, YOFC successively attended International Quality Conference onGlobal Enterprises co-organized by BID (Business Initiative Directions) and WORLDCOB (WorldConfederation of Business) and won two international quality awards, ISLQ (International Star for Leadership in Quality) of the Year and The BIZZ EUROPE (PEAK OF SUCCESS) of the Year.

 

In early May, national representatives from 49 countries attended BID Annual Meeting held in Paris and had broad exchanges with each other at the meeting. As an internationally famous quality assessment agency, BID has been devoted to promoting quality and relevant activities on a global scale and organized a lot of exchange meetings and training in the past thirty years.

 

In the middle of May, members across the world gathered at WORLDCOB Annual Meeting in Monaco. With its headquarters in the United States, it has about 3000 member units in the world and holds annual quality meeting every year in each continent to provide companies around the world a platform for extensive exchanges and convenient conditions for experience exchange and business contact in quality management.

 

As the world’s leading optical fibre and cable enterprise, over more than 20 years since its establishment, YOFC has alwaystaken the concept of “customer oriented, quality first, people foremost and innovative development” as the operation principle and paid attention to technology and product innovation and the innovation in aspects of system, market, organization, management and so forth to promote big quality management from strategic planning to practical implementation. Niu Guohui, GM Assistant of Operation and Management Center of YOFC, attended the award ceremony on behalf of the company and made a speech to further introduce the company and development vision to the representatives of other countries. During the meeting, YOFC had extensive contacts and in-depth communication with representatives of countries to introduce the company’s international development strategy and also made great efforts to promote the brand of YOFC for reaching out to the world.
