Announcement on the continued use of OFC2020 booth until OFC2022

Dear OFC2020 exhibitors,

Due to the ongoing impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the 46th Optical Networks and Communications Symposium and Expo (OFC) will be held virtually from 6-10 June 2021 instead. Some Chinese exhibitors were unable to travel to the United States to participate in OFC2020 due to the impact of COVID-19. However, OFC2020 was held on March 10-12, 2020 in San Diego Convention Center, California, USA. For the Chinese exhibitors who do not participate in OFC2020, we hereby make the following decisions:

The site fee will be fully refunded for Chinese exhibitors who have no local branch or office in the United States after our review. Exhibitors who have not received a venue refund for OFC2020 please contact us.

Since the booth materials have been purchased and shipped to the US warehouse, OFC China organizing Committee will extend the exhibitors' construction scheme to OFC2022. However, the exhibitor must pay for the storage costs of the US warehouse based on the booth size and quantity of materials.

The 47th Optical Networks and Communications Symposium and Exposition (OFC) will be held from March 6-10, 2022 in San Diego, California, USA.
